Staying Young

     Remember the old saying "age is nothing, but a number?"  Aging should not be defined by who you are or telling yourself "I'm getting older." I definitely feel that way especially when it comes to taking care of and maintaining my skin and body.
     Staying young is all about how you care for yourself and how you choose to live your life. I am grateful for my family background; growing up with home remedies that kept us looking fabulous at all times. I am often asked,
"Do you age?"
and my answer is always the same,
"yes! I do age."
     I enjoy taking care of my skin and health.  I would never allow my age to define who I am or the way I look. Even though most women turn to surgeries to enhance there looks, I just choose to work on me by using great natural products and so far I look better than ever.
   
I would like to share with you one of my famous at home scrubs that keep my skin looking good and glowing.

                                                                  Brown Sugar Scrub
                                                  
    Items And Ingredients I Use

one bowl
11/2 teaspoon of brown sugar
 teaspoon of olive oil
full spoon of milk (it doesn't matter what milk you use)
mix all ingredients together
make sure you cleanse your skin before applying
make sure rub the scrub gently into your skin (do not rub hard)
after your scrub cleanse your skin and moisturize
